Prices are going up, what's next?

       Since Bob Iger has been back as CEO of the Walt Disney Company everyone has been happy to see the changes to come. He knows that the prices have gone up tremendously and Disney is now seen as a "Luxury vacation destination" which isn't what Walt wanted. With his return he was going to look at how to return things to normal as much as possible. We saw many good changes until recently. We all know that Disney used to have Fast Passes which was replaced with Genie+. Fast passes were, shocker, FREE and was way user friendly. Once they came out with this new payed service we were all upset but it had its pluses. This service prices and availability vary by date. Recently after Spring Break we saw the max price go up! Originally, the max price was 29 per person and it went up to 35! Now if it is very busy you will be paying 35 for each person in your group. THAT IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE! What could be next? Animal Kingdom

    Day 3, Park 2 Animal Kingdom. After a crazy couple of days you must be tired I know, but the trip isn't over yet. Woke up early had breakfast and it was off to the parks. For this park we just bought the individual lighting lane. This is different from genie +. For this one you pay a certain price depending on the day for one ride, the most popular one at the park. For this park it was Avatar Flight of Passage. The first ride we got in line for was Expedition Everest. When I tell you this rides was so good I mean it. As an older lover of Disney nowadays 3D simulation rides don't give me the thrills anymore. This rollercoaster was PERFECT! So much so we road it twice! After we got on Kilimanjaro Safaris and saw so many animals! When coming to Animal Kingdom it is best to get on that attraction first thing in the morning when the animals are more active or if it is a cold day they should be active all day. Luckily it was cold and earlier during the day. We saw zebras, giraffes, rhinos, hippos, elephants, even a lion! We then got on avatar and had lunch. Since there is no fireworks or beacon of light because of the animals we decided to leave once we did everything we wanted to do. 

    After this my friend was tired again so we went back to the hotel, and well I wasn't gonna waste the day away so I did a quick costume change and headed out. I decided to go to Disney Springs again and get my birthday gift from Kendra Scott then took a bus to a new resort I haven’t been to for a staple food. MICKEY BEIGNETS! So I was off to the French Quarter. I had heard about these so much before my trip and wow they are amazing. I got 3 of them and they were HUGE! So worth the price. I then explored that resort as well as its neighboring one. I took a boat to the other one which was so nice. I even took a nap on a hammock they had there, I had a great time.
